Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid to Sellvue, a sole proprietorship registered in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India ("we," "us," "our"), for use of the Sellvue platform at app.sellvue.in.
1. Subscription Fees
Sellvue charges a flat subscription fee based on your selected plan (Starter or Growth) and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual). There are no commission fees, service fees, or per-order charges.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings → Subscription). Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be made after the current period.
- There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
3. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a refund in the following situations:
Full refund:
- If a technical issue on Sellvue's end prevents you from accessing the Platform for more than 7 consecutive days during a paid billing period.
- If we terminate your account without cause.
Pro-rated refund:
- If you upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-cycle, the unused portion of your Starter subscription is refunded as described in our upgrade process. The refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
No refund:
- Voluntary cancellation before the billing period ends (you keep access until the period ends, but the fee for that period is not refunded).
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase.
- Failure to use the Platform during an active billing period.
4. Early Adopter Offer
The early adopter offer (Growth quarterly at ₹999 total for the first 3 months) is non-refundable once the subscription is activated. After the early adopter period, the subscription renews at the regular quarterly price. Standard cancellation and refund policies apply from the renewal onwards.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@sellvue.in with:
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- The billing period in question
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Buyer-Seller Transactions
Sellvue is not a party to transactions between Sellers and Buyers. Refunds for product purchases are the Seller's responsibility. If you are a Buyer seeking a refund for a product purchased through a Sellvue campaign page, please contact the Seller directly.
